Responsibilities:
-Establish credibility by sharing a full understanding of OR/CS/Hospital environment and the application of ASP products within that environment.
-Provide clinical expertise to both internal and external customers timely, effectively and for the purpose of ensuring customer satisfaction. Help drive the consumables business associated with the equipment installations.
-Develop and evaluates educational materials for customers, seminars and for the purpose of training new ASP hires.
-Aim continually at higher standards which will result in personal growth and the achievement of ASP objectives.
-Plan, prioritize and manage a schedule which will result in the overall satisfaction of customer needs.
Requirements:
-Medical Degree, Nursing degree Preferred
-Sales experience in medical disposables preferred
-Very strong ability to learn and present clinical and technical information
-Excellent communication skills for interfacing with customers and ASP employees
-Fluent in English, both oral and written Computer skills utilizing email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint -Willing to travel
-Ability to problem solve and resolve customer complaints
