-Master degree (or above) in Electronic or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
-Expertise in electronic or electro-mechanical domain, and also familiar with R&D life cycles relevant electronic, electro-mechanical products development.
-Great passion for learning, transferring, sharing knowledge/experience and team working.
-Excellent communication skills and presentation skills, including spoken and written Chinese and English.
-Commitment to quality, result oriented and self-motivated.
-Adapt to work in an international environment, travel required.
-Knowledge and employment experience on CMMi and/or Six Sigma will be a plus.
