岗位要求：
1、28岁以下，大专以上学历，性别、户籍不限；
2、有志从事房地产工作：
3、日语达到商务型交流水平，或日语资格证书二级以上（能够流利的使用日语交流，包括听，说，读，写能力）
4、具有良好的谈判/沟通能力，能承受高强度、高压力工作，具抗挫折能力；
5、手中有稳定的客源的求职者待遇可以面议；
Responsibility：
responsible to handle leasing or sales and purchase high and real estate for japanese client in achi eving targets
maintain excellent customer relationship and explore market segment
Requirements:
degree holder of any discipline
have great interest in real estate
relevant working experience and strong industry is an advantage.
strong aggressive, result-oriented, highly resourceful and self-motivated, strong presentation and negotiation skills with excellent command of both written and spoken Japanese and Chinese.
