职位描述：
Primary Objectives
To organise wind monitoring equipment installation,data collection, operations,reporting and undertake wind energy analysis to assess the suitability of onshore wind energy projects.
Wind Monitoring Functions and Duties
Wind Monitoring Installation. Order wind monitoring equipment for mast heights up to 70m. Organise the installation of wind masts.Update the company wind monitoring equipment inventory. Working knowledge of data logger and sensor equipment
Data Collection. Organise data collection - both remote and manual.Quality control the collected data
Data Analysis. Assess site wind speed and energy yield utilising WAsP and WindPro software programs.MCP analysis utilising WindPro
Produce wind speed assessment and energy yield reports. Reporting
Wind Energy Development Functions and Duties
Site identification. Operate GIS program (MapInfo) to assess areas of search
Site assessment and design. Site design utilising WindPro, WAsP and TurboCad programs. Assessment utilising all aspects of WindPro (noise, shadow flicker, wind flow and energy yield)
Development process. Liaise with external consultants. Produce figures (photomontages, wireframes, ZVI's, general plans) Approvals process. Other Activities
Assist with general company activities as required, for example ISO 9001 accreditation;
Wind monitoring equipment installation and data assessment
Strategy development
Training as required
General support as required
SQL database creation
Requirements
Applicants must have an undergraduate engineering degree
Applicants MUST BE fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written) and hold relevant degree qualifications.
Applicants should have a strong interest in renewable energy, especially wind.
