Job Responsibilities:
- To play a key support role in the following areas for senior management decision making:
- Real Estate market research and analysis (with a focus on Beijing and the Bohai Gulf Rim Region)
- Real Estate Investment analysis
- Asset management: managing, consolidation and processing of key project information
- Possible role in real estate fund management if proven to be suitable candidate

Knowledge Required
- Good grounding in economics & statistical concepts essential

Basic Skills Required
- Familiarity with MS Excel is essential, knowledge of Powerpoint and Word is assumed.
- Financial modelling skills would be preferred
- Fluent English reading & writing skills a bonus
