职位描述: Job responsibilities:
- to provide daily secretarial and office administrative support to Area Director.
- to play a role as the coordinator between Sales Headquarter and Regional Sales Offices.
- to make traveling arrangement as required.
- to develop, maintain and regularly up-date filing systems.
- to interpret, translate both written and oral communication for the Area Director.
- to coordinate events, meetings, visits etc. including but not limited to arranging accommodation, transportation, venue, public relations, appointments, etc.
- to take additional responsibilities as assigned by Area Director.
Position requirement:
- Bachelor Degree
- good interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- good computer and typing skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
- detail orientated.
- well-organized and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
