Job description
-Create test plans and test cases, perform test execution
-Record and submit defects, track the defect fixing and finish the follow-up verification
-Create and maintain automation scripts
-Communicate status and issues in a timely fashion and manage escalations appropriately
-Analyze product requirements, identify requirement gaps, and suggest improvements on user experiences
-Proactively solve issues and suggest process improvements
-Identify project risks, recommend and take actions to minimize risk
Qualifications
Your profile
-Strong Microsoft software testing skill
-Be familiar about .NET, C#, VB, XML and SQL Server
-Strong understanding of QA methodology and good sense on software testing
-Excellent problem solving skills as well as defect isolation skill
-Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English
-Software development background is a plus
