Excellence is the minimum standard acceptable. job description -- Create test plans and test cases, perform test execution -- Record and submit defects, track the defect fixing and finish the follow-up verification -- Create and maintain automation scripts -- Communicate status and issues in a timely fashion and manage escalations appropriately -- Analyze product requirements, identify requirement gaps, and suggest improvements on user experiences -- Proactively solve issues and suggest process improvements -- Identify project risks, recommend and take actions to minimize risk Qualifications your profile -- Strong Oracle management and testing skill -- Rich SQL programming skill -- Strong understanding of QA methodology and good sense on software testing -- Excellent problem solving skills as well as defect isolation skill -- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English -- Software development background is a plus Mind set: -- Self motivator and fast learner -- Ability of independent and team work with strong drive for results -- Strong customer and quality focus -- Decision making and judgment
