Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls professionally, taking messages upon necessity and urgency 2. Responsible for receiving fax and forward to certain receivers 3. Responsible for receiving and disseminating all in and out mailings, couriers accurately and timely 4. Responsible for meeting room reservation and visitor entertaining 5. Responsible for business traveling arrangement, such as air ticket, hotel and car booking 6. Undertake other necessary administrative job as required Requirement: 1. College degree 2. Proficient with MS Office 3. Good command of verbal and written English 4. Quick learner and easygoing & detail-oriented 5. Good communication and coordination skill 6.
