Main Responsibilities:
Custom clarification
· Apply for duty exemption form and 3C certificate;
· Prepare documents for Customs clearance, arrange payment of tariff, track and filing tariff sheet and Customs clearance sheet;
· Arrange cargo delivery and prepare documents with payment.
HRC tracking
· According to sales requirement, separate normal import HRC from bonded HRC, then make purchase order in SAP system;
· According to PP requirement, arrange HRC delivery to SKS or storage at outside warehouse;
· Make record for in/out HRC storage, calculate storage cost and check with accounting monthly. After confirmation from accounting, arrange payment.
Pre-requisition：
· College Degree above;
· Proficiency in computer skill especially SAP;
· Fluent in spoken and written English (CET-4 above);
· Strong interpersonal communication skill;
· More than 2 years related working experience in improvement and entrepot trade.
· Familiar with cancellation after verification and all Customs operation.
