Key Responsibilities: -Development of clients, design bureaus and specifiers through direct contact and presentations on the Company's capabilities and products. -Generate enquiries for the supply of compressor products and aftermarket services and ensuring, where possible, that enquiries adequately reflect clients' requirements. -Assisting, in the preparation of tenders for sizing of compressor to final detailed quotation of package. -Carrying out negotiations both technical and commercial with clients. -Ensuring that negotiated contracts are correct and of sufficient detail to be passed to the Contracts Department. -Proactive liaison between Client and Company to ensure continuous Customer satisfaction. -Reporting on current and future market prospects and competitor activities through the updating and maintenance of the Marketing databases. -Identifying, and reporting on potential new applications and markets for the company's product. -Assistance in developing sales product literature and presentational aids. Essential Qualifications / Experience: -Degree in Mechanical Engineering on related discipline -Experience in selling Capital Equipment within China Essential Skills: -English Language -Negotiation Skills -Willingness to travel extensively Team Player -Good Communicator -Broad based engineering and rotating machinery experience -Process plant application experience Additional Skills/ Experience: -Market knowledge of Air/ Gas Movement and Rotating Machinery -Process Application experience |
