分析客户需求及目标市场的定位；
配合顾问完成对候选人的筛选和推荐；

工作要求：

大学三年级在读学生或应届毕业生；
工商管理、市场营销专业优先考虑；
有销售或人力资源经验者优先考虑
英文听说写流利；
有较强的文字和口头表达能力，工作踏实、积极主动；
优秀的沟通技巧，善于采取主动积极的搜寻信息；
