职位描述/要求：

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Service Operations Rep (SOR)- pre rep development program is a core competency based program designed to provide for the incumbent 'the required skills’ over an 18-month period (or less) in preparation for a service operations district rep field assignment. The trainee will assist Asia Pacific Division consultant’s, dealers and our districts in achieving service support and distribution capabilities that positively contributes to the profitable sale of new and used Caterpillar products and dealer services.

ELIGIBILITY:

The position requires a good knowledge of Caterpillar company products and services, with a general understanding of heavy plant equipment, power systems operation or related product support services or dealer service operations.
The position typically requires a university degree in engineering, business or equivalent with three to four years experience in a service or product support related industry.
Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills are required in order to deal with sensitive issues and business case justification for the engagement of resource and initiation of improvement projects.
