Position: Talent & Organization Consulting – Analyst
Job Profile:
• Responsible for assisting the consulting team in project delivery and coordination;
• Assist in information gathering and collation along with analysis and synthesis of information;
• Generate reports, discussion guides, presentations and other material as part of ongoing client assignments;
• Support the project team with client coordination, scheduling and preparing for meetings / workshops / training programs etc.
Qualification:
• MBA preferred;
• High proficiency in English writing and speaking;
• Consulting firm intern experienced is preferred;
• Smart, diligent and hard working;
• Customer oriented
• Flexible, independent and able to work under pressure.
• Technical proficiency in Excel, Word and Powerpoint;
• Good writing and presentation capabilities;
• Have diagnostic and assessment capabilities;
• Good problem-solving skills;
• Customer-driven and good relationship skills.
