Qualification: Java and XML Experience required.

Responsibilities: 
1. Acquire in-depth knowledge of Oracle products and technology stacks
2. Develop innovative solutions based Oracle products and technologies 
3. Build and optimize Oracle based applications and solutions with high perfor
mance and scalability 
4. Innitiate innovative ideas in technologies and build quality products out o
f such ideas 
4. Project coordination and management with Oracle internal teams and partners
 
5. Customer and partner interaction (demo, presentation, development, problem 
analysis and resolution, etc.) 
Requirements: 
1. BS or MS in Computer Science or related 
2. Strong experience with XML related development required 
3. Strong requirement analysis and Object Oriented design experience required 

4. At least 4 years of Java, C++ programming experience, with hands on experie
nces on J2EE technologies 
5. Good knowledge about Database concepts, with hands on experiences as a data
base application developer 
6. Familiar with Oracle database, SQL, PL/SQL 
7. Keen interest in technology trends required; 
8. Good communication and inter-personal skills  
9. Must be a good team player and be able to solve problem independently 
10. Good English communication skills strongly desired
