职位描述: Primary Job description:
·This position serve as first level IT Helpdesk support to internal users on servers, desktops, laptops, printers, network connections, phone systems, and other IT related issues.
Duties will include:
·Deliver quality solutions with minimal resources within aggressive timeframes. Consistently deliver tasks, ticket resolution and projects on time.
·Troubleshoot issues and support internal users, including technical (developers, QA engineers, professional services, etc.) and non-technical (administration, sales, etc.) users.
·Maintain documents on IT architecture, configuration, policies, processes and procedures.
Requirements:
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all user levels.
·Strong technical/analytical skills.
·Team player, self-starter, goal-oriented, energetic, willing to learn, flexible and customer-focused.
·Working experience with business critical applications such as MS Office 2000/XP/2003, Some knowledge of Server hardware & related technologies
