职位描述：
Participating in the design, development, and maintenance of quality standards for software products. Creating and executing test matrices and plans for applications manually and automatically. Developing test scripts in Rational Robot to assist in regression testing. Reporting test results to software engineers and management.
Job qualifications:
1.A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. New college graduates are welcome.
2.Good oral and written communications in English, CET 6 is a MUST.
3.Experience developing test plans, test strategies, and test cases are desirable.
4.SQL skills and knowledge of Oracle, PL/SQL language, Power Builder, .Net. and Java are optional.
5.A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, hard work attitude and responsible.
