职位描述：
Report to:Customer Service Manager China
Main Responsibility:
Ensure supply from all DSM sites to all customers in time for which she/he is responsible.
Make frequent communications with major customers to update their short term purchasing plan,communicate closely with sales,manufacture and warehouse to enhance forecast quality to achieve operational efficiency and inventory level.
Make proposals to improve our customer service based on the understanding of DSM operation system,sales strategy as well as the customer needs.
Help to manage good payment and credit control for customers.
Review payment records and propose any changes on payment terms at certain customers
Monitor sales contract implementation and delivery of ordered materials to the customers and provide timely information to customers and sales staff.
Consolidate all monthly reports and sales statistics.
Function Requirement:
University graduated,diploma or above
Comprehensive commercial knowledge in terms of relative laws and regulation of business,logistics flow etc
Ability to operate the office computer system
Very fluent in both spoken and written English
Excellent communication skill,has the ability to manage customers of different cultures and professional problem-solving skills
