职位描述：
Material Control
Analyze and plan for materials and parts needed for the production process according to the sales forecast
Control and coordinate deliveries of raw materials and components to support manufacturing process
Study and optimize safety stock according to production plan and supply lead time, reduce the inventory cost
Set up and continuously improve material control policy and workflow and execute effectively
Work together with Warehouse on material/parts status review and check accurate usage of production to prevent production shut down and incorrect delivery of material/parts
Able to negotiate with and influence peers and members of cross-functional team as well as to build and maintain productive relationships with them
分析并制定原材料及备件计划，满足内部生产及外部客户生产需求
跟催并更新供应商交期，根据生产计划督促供应商按时交货
根据生产计划和供应商供或期研究并优化安全库存，降低库存成本
建立并健全物料管理规章制度及各种标准作业程序
定期与仓库确认收发货记录，确保库存记录准确从而保障生产供应和降低不必要库存
与公司其他相关部门协商并建立有效的关系
