Position: Intern Supervisor Title: Team Leader / Consultant
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Information Handling: - Collect the information of internet and other related channels to complete the database of (client) companies; - Complete candidate resume provided by consultants / researchers; - Manage the ad response, screen and then put those assignment related CV in the CV board in SPOTTER system; - Number of candidates keyed in (from database and elsewhere); - Can-do attitude and serious on doing things; - KPIs measured using: - Weekly activity reports; - Feedback from consultants; - Feedback from clients, eg on match of candidate to specifications; - Feedback from candidates (may be received on an ad hoc basis or from national candidate surveys).
Project Support: - Assist Consultants and Researcher to key in all the necessary information of the assignment; - Manage all the files and documentations involved in the assignments; - Has the flexibility to be allocated as the needed resource to support timely the projects; - Has the ability to work on mult-tasks with the same quality level;
Quality Control: - Check the quality of the input of datas of the PA himself / herself as well the Consultant’s and Researcher’s; - Feedback to E-Operation team on the areas of improvement; - Be extremely familiar with the management system and support the system improvement;
People & Team: - To promote the circulation of available candidates to consultants: - Produce regular monthly reports for consultants on the availability for A and B+ candidates; - Identify candidates for float opportunities and refer such candidates to the relevant consultants; - Attend weekly team meetings (group or team) to remain informed on current requirements; - To undertake various projects as required, such as assisting clients and/or TS offices with recruiting from the other markets; - To undertake general activities such as completion of weekly activity reports, attendance at weekly meetings and answering telephones (own and others in team when required); - The feedback from the team members in the local office or other regional offices;
REQUIREMENT:
- Result-oriented philosophy on the research work; - Very good English is needed in daily work when communicating with international clients and writing professional reports; - “Can-do” attitude; Good personality, reliable and patient and efficient; - Ready to learn and listen, would like to grow with company; - Ability to work independently and can be flexible; - If you‘re University 4th class student or Graduate 2nd student, you’ll be considered first. |
