Group Overview:	Microsoft Research Asia Incubation Group is recruiting visitin

The mission of incubation at MSRA is to create real world solutions to the 
hardest business problems Microsoft and our customers face today. We will achi
eve this goal through a process of Search and Redevelopment. Compared to tradi
tional R&D which is forward looking, search and redevelopment identifies immed
iate customer needs and applies readily available technologies. Our end goal i

Required Qualifications	If you are
1.	Can work on full time for at least 3 months, 6+ months is better.
2.	Passion on technology and working under pressure
3.	Familiar with  and HTML, JavaScript, AJAX experience is preferred.

Required Qualifications	We are looking for
1. Ph.D or M.Sc candidate. We need his/her advisor's signing to permit him/her

 to be an intern of MSRA.
2. This is a three-month full-time internship, which may be extended based on 

project needs.
3. Research or development background in networking or multimedia. Being famil

iar with TCP/IP, NAT, firewall, Internet multicasting, network simulation, etc

, is a plus.
4. Solid C/C++ programming skill. Experience with socket programming, thread 

programming is a plus.
5. Good oral and written English.

As a PDC team member, you will be working with a dynamic team of professionals

 as we develop both system and application software. You may work closely with

 hardware such as programming drivers, and may even design hardware.

Roles & Responsibilities	We are recruiting interns to work on an innovative an
d challenging hardware project.

Required Qualifications	We are looking for
Basic Requirements:
1.	1+ year experience in digital logic design/verification/synthesis (FPGA/ASI

C)
2.	Familiar with FPGA architecture and design flow
3.	Mature RTL coding with Verilog HDL
4.	Long-term & full-time is preferred (Need your supervisor's approval).

Advanced Requirements:
5.	SystemC coding skills and experience
6.	Strong C\C++ programming skills, strong algorithm background
7.	Experience in hardware/software co-design project
8.	Research background in machine learning, data mining
