职位描述：
Objectives of the job / Key Success Factors
-Coordinate with region, user team & 3rd party consultant on the requirement development for the area of distributor management system, sales automation & counter and store activation.
-Support the business process development, enable the application system, for the area of sales automation & distributor management system & counter and store activation.
-Design & deliver the training & documentation for the implementation of the project in the area mentioned above.
-Support on the enhancement or roll-out the best practice solution of sales automation & distributor management system & counter and store activation system to meet operational needs.
-Provide or coordinate the on-going support & maintenance on the application of sales automation & distributor management system & counter and store activation.
Skills / Competencies / Experience required of the candidate
-The analytical skill in the business requirements, and business process reengineering
-Capability to design & deliver the user training, application acceptance test
-Project management & communication Skill
-Have technical background in DMS or ERP
-Knowledge of SQL database administration and VB programming
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
-Independent, proactive and able to work under pressure
-Fluent Mandarin and good in both oral and written English
-Organization awareness and team commitment
