Requirements
- have excellent English language speaking, written skills, good command of other language(Franch, German, Italy...) is preferred.
- have excellent typing skills
- have Unix/Linux command-line experience
- have (preferably) some customer-support experience
Customer Support is provided mainly via email for software and hosted application products
- Computer Science degree is required

This is a five-day-a-week position, however new hires may have to work both weekend days.

no requirment of speaking Chinese, native speaker is welcomed
