职位描述: position summary:
To define and lead the company China Sales strategy.
To develop and lead a team of focused sales professionals in China.
Provide the linkage for our JV to execute sales strategies in line with our proprietary business requirements.
Principal Accountabilities
1.Lead the development and execution of the national sales strategy for China and set the long term direction and goals.
Provide immediate tactical leadership and delivery of training programs to improve competencies of existing sales force.
2.Grow and retain business aggressively in China, ensure adequate pipeline management and population of opportunities.
3.Lead the Sales organization to penetrate and grow business in all market segments, GBP, LM, MM and China Red Chip
4.Review organizational design to maximize efficiencies, identify budget requirements to provide tools and resources to set team up for success.
5.Operate an effective system that monitors, reports and communicates competitive market trends to the Marketing Group via the Country Manager Business Travel Service
6.Ensure market and client relevance of Value Proposition and design best in class selling propositions.
7.Develop and execute a sales strategy for increasing interactive penetration and improving operational economics.
8.Build a talented organization that achieves results by finding, developing and retaining highly motivated talented workforce
9.Ensure alignment with all constituents, JV, Operations, Technolgies, finance
10.Manage to P&L expense lines
11.Articulate a compelling vision around China ongoing capabilities globally within company.
12.Critical Challenges/ Unique Knowledge & Skills -
-Experience working within China
-Mandarin speaking ability
-In-depth knowledge of the corporate travel business
-Direct travel sales experience
-Ability to build and lead a high-performance sales team
-Pipeline management experience
