职位描述: With the growing of purchasing organization in China Sourcing Office, we need a dedicated purchasing assistant to support all general purchasing admin and coordination activities.
This position belongs to global procurement team.
Main responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain files of documents and records, ensuring accurate and logical organization of files; control confidentiality of files as necessary.
- Keep track of the status in relation to ongoing project and follow up and report for sourcing manager.
- Contact and communicate with supplier for project development to push supplier achieve our requirement on time. Update status to sourcing manager.
- Sourcing new supplier and release RFQ and collect information
- Visit supplier and negotiate with supplier when needed.
Job Requirement:
- College degree or above
- Administrative knowledge
- Good organization and coordination skills
- The purchasing/sourcing skills are preferred
- Good time management skill
- Good PC skill
- Interpersonnel skills(i.e. good employeee relationships)
- Planning and organizing
- Good communication skills
- Inititative action and problem solving skills are required
