职位描述： CITY: Pingshuo STATE: Shaanxi COUNTRY: China Essential Functions (Responsibilities): The field service manager will facilitate OHV growth strategy in the Asia-Pacific region. This position requires extensive travel (> 40%). The essential functions of the job include: 1) Developing and maintaining strong relationships with mine customers, vehicle manufacturers and distributors in the Asia-Pacific region 2) Providing both mechanical and electrical technical support for GE Off Highway Vehicle (OHV) drive systems in the field 3) Providing factory support to regional vehicle manufacturers 4) Developing and administering spare parts plan for the region 5) Owning the resolution of GE drive system operational and reliability issues for customers 6) Recognizing OHV warranty obligations and administering field resolutions to minimize customer impact and GE warranty cost exposure 7) Conducting customer site training Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelors degree Experience managing end-customer relationships Familiarity with OHV drive systems of similar electrical equipment Written and spoken fluency in Chinese and English languages Desired: Bachelors in Electrical Engineering preferred Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills Six Sigma certification or similar quality experience Previous field service experience |
