Responsibilities:
> Ensure that all duties/routines are carried out in accordance with company policy
> Analyse and measure the performance of the internal sales customer service team
> Report and take or cause action to ensure a professional service on departmental level
> Ensure there is quality communication with the network and External Sales & Technical Support department
> Will take advantage of the technology available in the daily work and make sure it is used efficiently and in line with company standards
> Must clearly understand the company's business goals and be able to apply them to the day-to-day operation.
> Reporting directly to the Supply Manager
> Meet financial and quality supplier performance, and customer satisfaction targets
> Assist where necessary in the tasks of the department in terms of :
> Order Input
> Customer Analysis
> Claims
> Problem Solving
> Liaison between External Sales Support
> Day-to-day Orders
> Order Confirmations
> General Administration
> Quotes and Enquiries Follow-up
QUALIFICATIONS:
> Secondary School education.
> Additional education on administration & economics.
> Fluent English writing and speaking.
> Familiar with office applications and ERP system.
> Good communication skills.
> Work on own initiative within a team.
> Ability to work under pressure.
> Versatile and adaptable to varied working conditions.
> Good telephone manners.
> Systematic and accurate nature
