职位描述: Responsibilities & Tasks:
1.Answer questions from end users especially focus on System Administration functions
2.Responsible for foreign country clients
3.Log every case into call tracking system
4.Generate reports to customers when needed
Position Requirements:
1.Good English speaking and writing skills
2.Customer service experience
3.Familiar with Windows O/S (XP, 2K)
4.Familiar with MS Office (or equivalent)
5.Good Customer service manners
6.Good communication skills
7.Familiar with data base, especially SQL Server 2000
