Key responsibilities / 主 要 职 责
Make all the payments and settlement go through right on time and correctly.
Make sure the complete and safety of the transaction vouchers and their own attached backups, including invoices.
Arrange all the payments and settlement through banks, make book keeping and reconcile with the bank statement.
Collect and check invoices, allocate costs.
File and take care of all the transaction vouchers, making sure no missing ones and all the backups attached.
Collect all invoices after payments.
Misc.: Fax, Copy,
Qualification / 资历要求
Good communication skills & coordination abilities;
Finance or accounting background (fresh graduates are acceptable);
Team spirit;
A good command of English in writing and speaking
