职位描述：
Reporting to: Merchandiser / Merchandising Supervisor
Job duties
Arrange sample dispatch to customers/suppliers.
Follow-up sample delivery, shipment schedule for assigned product range.
Co-operate with both QA and Shipping departments to ensure that products can be delivered on time with agreed quality standard.
Accompany Merchandiser(s) to attend supplier' meetings and escort buyers on sourcing trip as required.
Assist Merchandiser(s) in primary sourcing and collect market information.
Prepare Weekly Progress Report & generate Monthly Sales update report to the team.
Provide assistance to Merchandiser(s) on general administrative works.
Assist Merchandiser(s) to perform basic contact to potential suppliers as per company requirements.
Assist Merchandiser(s) to resolve all issues relating to supply of goods, including the recovery of any claims that may arise.
Requirements:
-University/college degree;
-Willing to learn and work under pressure;
-Good command in spoken & written English;
-Good team player;
-Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Microsoft Outlook.
