职位描述: Function as a receptionist in answering incoming phone calls, receiving customers and visitors.
Handle fax, scanning, filing, posts and mails for the company.
Assist administrator in travel arrangements, such as air tickets booking and hotel reservation in China.
To work with property management company maintaining office facilities and equipment.
Assist local staffs in visa applications
Maintain proper book keeping for company
Job Requirement:
Graduate from administration management or equivalent.
Fresh graduate applicants are welcome
Working knowledge of M/S Office, Lotus Notes
Good command of English communication.
Ability to work under pressure.
