职位描述:
We are going to start up our China office in Shanghai. Currently we will need to recruite four consultants. Detail requirements are as follows,
A. Summary of Position
Develop strategies and operating models that integrate planning, procurement, product design, manufacturing and fulfillment functions within an organization, as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain.
Design and implement strategies that transform buying and selling with differentiating sourcing and procurement strategies, processes, technologies and organizations.
Key responsibilities may include:
? Analyzing and assuring quality of the data collected to support supply chain procurement assessments and strategic sourcing programs
? Assisting in formulating the specific solutions to address prioritized gaps
? Supervising business architecture and process design activities
? Assisting in the development of capabilities and performance measurements/KPIs
? Assisting value analysis to identify value creation opportunities for clients
? Preparing the client for deployment (communications, training)
B. Requirements
• Four year College degree and/or equivalent work experience
• Willing to travel up to 100% at client site
• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills (Access skill is preferred)
• Fluent English / Chinese (Shanghai Dialect preferred)
• 1 – 2 years consulting experience is preferred
• Mechanical or Metallurgical background preferred

• Able to work independently
