Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain driver for Video Decoder.
- Developing Video Decoder testing software.
- Debugging and testing video decoder chip.
- The candidate will be involved in the whole design cycle and responsible for design, documentation and implementation.
- The job covers understanding decoder’s work flow and design and implementation driver for the product, as well as solving all related compatibility and platform-dependency problems.
- When new project is launched, the candidate will be able to move to new driver development.
Key Competency Requirements:
-Proficiency in C and assembly language.
-Known with Video CODEC and system level workflow and principle.
-Knowledge of Computer System Architecture, Data Structure and Language Compiler is a must.
-Familiar with Linux OS and or VxWorks, ucLinux, WinCE/Windows Mobile.
-Familiar with Media processor workflow is a plus.
-Driver development experience is a big plus.
-Windows application development experience is a plus.
-Mac and Linux device driver development experience is a plus.
-MS degree and above. BS will be considered if experience justifies.
-Fresh graduates are also welcome, if they are eager and willing to learn.
-Good at English, team player, positive personality.
