职位描述: Job Summary
To assist the Head of Business Unit to manage administrative work related to preparing business reports to headquarter or other relevant departments on regular basis and preparing monthly reports and business analysis when required.
Job Responsibilities:
·Generating and verifying reports to HQ and other departments
·Coordination among various departments regarding implementation
·Prepare business review presentation for various meetings and reports
·Manage daily administrative work in the department in cooperation with other colleagues in the department.
Requirements:
·Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent education background, majored in business, economics etc.
·Strong analytical ability and able to work with figures
·Good command of English, both in oral and written form
·Good level of skill in use of computer applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Lotus Notes and Access
·Positive working attitude, is responsible and hard working
·Able to work under pressure
·Good interpersonal communication skills
