Lee holds a BA from Cambridge University and a Ph.D. from M.I.T. and was an as
sociate professor of finance at Rochester University and a visiting professor 
at UCLA before joining the derivatives industry. He has traded fixed income, e
quity, commodity and credit derivatives in Europe and North America and set up
 a derivatives trading company for a Canadian insurance company. His publicati
ons include articles on derivatives pricing and market and credit risk and he 
won the 1987 Financial Management Association Prize in Corporate Finance and t
he 1988 Procnow Educational Foundation Research Award. He currently serves on 
the boards of the International Association of Financial Engineers and the Fis
her Black Memorial Foundation.

招聘职位：

Financial Engineers 金融工程师

Job Description:
·	Assist in the development and maintenance of core valuation library. 
·	Provide analysis of the suitability of third party solutions for supplying 
requisite valuations. 
·	Review and validate co-workers' work and testing. 
·	Document requirements, implementation details and valuation details. 
·	Provide input into product management process on valuation methods.

Position Requirements:
·	First degree in mathematics or related subjects from a reputable university
.
·	Postgraduate degree in Mathematics, Finance or related subjects (PhD prefer
red).
·	Fluent written and spoken English. 
·	Knowledge of at least basic concepts in financial mathematics.
·	2-3 years structured C++. 
·	Strong communication skills and good team player.

Preferred Skills:
·	Qualifications/experiences in Java, Excel/VBA.
·	Previous experiences in pricing instruments in support of similar software 
products and/or supporting front/middle office valuations. 


Business Analyst  商业分析师

Job Description:
·	Thoroughly understand China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC) and People
’s Bank of China regulatory reporting requirements. 
·	Recognise regulatory reporting requirements, process financial data and rec
oncile results through use of spreadsheet or database applications to produce 
regulatory reports. 

Position Requirements:
·	Graduate from reputable universities with a Bachelor’s degree or above in 
relevant subjects.
·	Fluent written and spoken English.
·	At least 2 years’ banking experience.
·	A good working knowledge of regulatory reporting to CBRC and the People’s 
Bank of China.
·	Data awareness is essential, so databases or complex Excel spreadsheets is 
required.
·	Good planning and organisational skills.
·	Good communication skills and good team player.

Preferred Skills:
·	Team leading/supervision experience
·	Knowledge of financial/accounting.


Java/J2EE 软件工程师

Job Description:
·	Design, develop, maintain and test financial software applications.
·	Analyse and respond to customer requirements.
·	Work with other engineers, QAs, PMs and architects to design and implement 
application features. 

Position Requirements:
·	Graduate from reputable universities with a Bachelor’s degree or above in 
relevant subjects.
·	Fluent written and spoken English.
·	Excellent in Java and J2EE related technologies.
·	Familiar with SQL and SQL Server or Oracle databases.
·	Familiar with Jboss, Apache/Tomcat or other J2EE containers.
·	Good OO design skills, familiar with design patterns and UML.
·	Good communication skills and good team player.

Preferred Skills:
·	Team leading/supervision experience
·	Web development skills: JSP, STRUTS, JSF, XML, CSS, Servlet, Tag Lib and Ja
vascript.
·	Java XML (XML parsers, XSLT)

Job Description:

relevant subjects.

·	Experience in using a combination of C#, , , Visual 
, T Framework, OO methodology and UML. The use of design patterns is essential
.
·	Good knowledge of software development processes and methods.
·	Familiar with SQL and SQL Server or Oracle databases.
·	Strong communication skills and good team player.

Preferred Skills:
·	Team leading/supervision experience
·	Any financial knowledge and strong mathematical background will be a signif
icant advantage. 
·	Other languages such as Visual Basic, Delphi, Java or C++.
·	Oracle or SQL Server administration experience


QA Engineers 测试工程师

Job Description:
·	Design, develop, maintain and implement test plans, scenarios and scripts f
or financial related software.
·	Work with business analysts and development teams to resolve any issues rai
sed during the testing process.

Position Requirements:
·	Graduate from reputable universities with a Bachelor’s degree or above in 
relevant subjects.
·	Fluent written and spoken English.
·	Experience in creating comprehensive test plans, scripts and technical docu
ments in English.
·	Proven skills in developing a test strategy and achieving robust test desig
ns.
·	Good knowledge of the full software development lifecycle and structured so
ftware developments practices. 
·	Strong communications skills and good team player.  

Preferred Skills:
·	Team leading/supervision experience. 
·	Experience of test automation.
·	Any accounting knowledge, financial products bank regulatory reporting, ris
k management software or testing methodologies would be an advantage.
