·Keep high level of service standards for internal and external customers
·Handle customer enquiry and non-cash transactions
·Ensure the accurate customer information maintenance
·Sell bank products and service to existing and potential customers
·Refer customers to appropriate parties in the Bank
Requirements:
·Bachelor degree or above.
·Good command of English.
·Working experience in service/sales industries preferred.
