Responsibilities:
To ensure the completeness of the quality documents about process inspectionand to file it .
确保过程检查质量文件的完整性,负责文件的归档工作。
According to the quality manual and quality instruction, to decide whether the product inspected is acceptable or rejected or should be repaired, or submit proposal to Technical Department for decision.
根据质量规程要求,决定物品是否检验合格、不合格、需返修或向技术部提交相关建议,以作出决定。
To patrol workshops.
巡视车间。
To inspect the products submitted for inspection.
检验提交待检检验的产品。
To inform the operator and Manufacturing Departments about the inspection results.
将检验结果通知操作工人及制造部。
To issue inspection reports and to issue non-conformity report when necessary.
签发检验报告，并在必要时签发不合格项报告。
To record the defects and errors found. To recommend the repair.
记录发现的质量缺陷及错误。建议返工措施。
To distribute the inspection reports according to the quality instruction.
根据质量规程要求分发报告。
To report to Quality control Manager on serious defects, serious property undulation on products, serious deviations on operations and daily inspection result.
向质量经理汇报产品的重大质量缺陷、严重质量波动、严重操作不当以及每日检验结果。

To supervise and check the reparation to ensure it is done correctly.
监督检查返修工作,确保操作无误。
To monitor the operator ‘s performance to ensure they are following the quality instruction and work instruction. To check, record and correct the deviation of operation in the workshop.
监督操作人员作业，确保其遵守质量规程及作业指导书中的规定。检查、记录、纠正车间操作工作中发生的偏差。
All other reasonable duties requested by the immediate manager, Employee Handbook and JV Company Management.
执行直接上司、员工手册和合资公司请求的其他合理要求。
Requirements:
College degree or above
大专及以上学历
With relevant internship experience in inspection
有过相关检验实习经验
Good computer skill including Word, Excel, Autocad
良好电脑操作技能, 包括Word, Excel, Autocad
Sense of responsibility
有责任感
