职位描述： Lihong Property is seeking talented Property Agents to be responsible for its existing corporate accounts. QUALIFICATIONS - University degree; - Fluent English and native Chinese language skills. Good bi-lingual writing skills; - Sales or service industry experience an advantage; - Excellent negotiating and problem solving skills. RESPONSIBILITIES - Housing search services to Lihong's corporate clients; - Prepare transaction documentation; - Work closely with fellow team members in providing professional services; - Acquire and maintain an excellent knowledge of Beijing's property market. We are looking for someone with drive and determination. The atmosphere at Lihong is extremely vibrant. The pace is fast, yet every client inquiry needs to be dealt with professionally. A Lihong Property Agent is the face of the company and the quality of service given by us is of paramount importance. You must enjoy dealing with a variety of people, as the role involves meeting new clients, assessing their property needs and working with landlords and vendors selling or leasing their properties.
