Job Responsibilities
CarVal Investors seeks an analyst based in Beijing, to support Investment Managers in distressed debts investment. At present, CarVal Investors has a wide variety of investment projects in China’s NPL market and real estate sector.
Responsibilities
· Conduct researches on distressed debt market and other target markets;
- Assist Investment Managers in locating investing opportunities;
- Perform due diligence investigation on selected targets;
- Participate in the valuation process;
- Participate in preparation of bidding materials;
- Design and implement disposition strategies.
This position is open to recent graduated students with 1-2 years working experiences or students to be graduated in 2007. Only selected candidates will be contacted for interviews.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting or related business degrees
· Strong capability on both qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Good command of both written and spoken English (CET-6 or above)
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word
- Strong communication and people skills at all levels of the organization
- Strong willingness to travel around
