Job Description:
The successful candidates will have a strong desire to be a contributing team member of a world class development organization with a focus on quality and on time delivery to a global market.
The candidate will be a team member in the development of RF products for high speed data and video transmission networks. Development responsibilities may include product specification, qualification, design, troubleshooting, technology investigations, cost reductions and system verification testing.
The candidate will work in a project R&D team environment in cooperation with international marketing, operations and support teams for international markets
Responsibilities:
1.RF Engineer 专业：通讯，电子，微波
* Responsible for contributing to the design, development and testing of RF amplifiers and circuits for broadband transmission network products
* Communications system design and Analog/RF circuit development for Cable TV applications over Hybrid Fiber Coax networks
* Engineering support for cost reduction activities including specification development, vendor interfacing and qualification testing
2. Electro-Optical Engineer 专业：通讯，电子，微波，纤维光学
* Responsible for contributing to the design, development and testing of optical transmitters / receivers for broadband transmission network products
* Optical communications system design and Optical/RF circuit development for Cable TV applications over Hybrid Fiber Coax networks
* Engineering support for cost reduction activities including specification development, vendor interfacing and qualification testing
3. Mechanical Engineer 专业：机械工程
* Responsible for contributing to the design, development and testing RF and optical equipment enclosures for indoor/outdoor hardened environments for the CATV and Telco markets
* Design and support of die-cast metal, machined metal and plastic parts for RF and optical equipment
* Participate in cost reduction activities including specification development, vendor interfacing and qualification testing
4 Digital Hardware/Software Engineer 专业：通讯，电子，计算机
* Responsible for contributing to the design, development and testing of embedded software and digital hardware for broadband transmission network products
* Definition, design, development and testing of microprocessor based digital hardware for use in networking products
* Architecture design, coding, debugging, integration testing and documentation of embedded software
* Work closely with RF engineers on software/hardware definition, integration and testing
5. PCB CAD Engineer 专业：电子(优先)
* Printed Circuit Board (PCB) CAD designer for engineering product development team
* CAD layout for RF/Opto equipment in Mentor Graphics “Expedition” design tool
* Work with design and manufacturability engineers in order to secure performance, quality and producibility of our products
* Work with PCB suppliers to solve technical
6.Technical Writer 专业：工程英语，电子
* Responsible for designing, creating and maintaining product datasheet, user manual, product promotion documents for both internal documentation process and external customers
* Document translation between English and Chinese
* Coordinate the technical writing /content creation with:
* Legal document
* Product management
* R&D
* External partners if needed
7. Component/Stars Administrator 专业：半导体，纤维光学，电子
* Be responsible for parts verification & sourcing and suppliers selection & evaluation;
* To deal with RoHs component selections;
* Follow up the process of product with suppliers;
* Generate quality criteria of component;
* Provide the engineering organization of the component installation and testing;
8. Technician
* Support the design team in the development of RF and Optical network products
* PCB prototyping and modification
* Data collection from RF and Optical test stations
* Maintenance of lab equipment, tools, work areas and parts inventories for prototyping |
