职位描述/要求：
We are opening a new position in our R&D Beijing lab for an expert on speech recognition ( voice recognition )

Position requirements:

Education:
PHD or experienced Master degree in speech recognition from the Top University or Top research institute in China or in the World;

Working experiences:
Good academic background in speech recognition (ASR ), keyword spotting, acoustic model training, HMM, etc
Full of creative and innovative idea in research;
High level paper published or patent application;
Good programming skill in C/C++, perl, matlab, etc in Linux OS;
Good team working spirit and communication in a multi-national enterprise environment.
Strong innovation ability and self-driven motivation.
Language skill requirements:

Chinese mother tongue
Fluent in spoken/written English
French appreciated
