I. Job Description
Group: Human Resources
II. Responsibilities
Focus on China (Shanghai and Beijing) experienced hires recruiting
Explore and generate quality candidates for AABS from all possible channels creatively
Manage the whole recruitment process through CV screening, interviews to making offers in a professional manner
Manage candidates pipeline and candidiates' expectations
Assess candidates' suitability for service lines other than AABS and make referrals whenever appropriate
III. Requirements
University graduates
Hands-on experience in recruitment, preferably gained within accounting or professional services fields from Big 4 or MNCs
Goals driven personality with high energy and positive work attitude
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with different parties including candidates and senior management, and exceptional telephone communications skills
Strong spoken Mandarin and good English spoken and writing skills are essential
Flexibility to travel frequently and work unusual hours to fit local and overseas candidates' after hours availability
