Key Responsibilities and Career Development Plan

The successful candidate will enter FMC as a management trainee. After a ten-week full time training program, the jobholder is expected to be quipped with a basic, but systematic understanding for working in FMC and executive search industry. The next 6 month of the trainee program will be on-job training and coaching. Successful trainee from the program is expected to be able to complete client assignment independently within one year.

Depending on the jobholder's performance and capability, his/her career development in FMC will go through the following route: Management trainee-Assistant-- Research Specialist-Associate consultant---Consultant (Team Leader) --- Partner.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Skills and Previous Exposure:
1)Excellent English in both speaking and writing.
2)Previous exposure in a business environment is highly preferred.
3)Very good computer and Internet search skills.
4)Overseas working and educational background is preferred, but not a must.

Preferred Personality Type:
1)Hardworking and enjoy work life.
2)Ambitious, aggressive but mature and patient.
3)Outstanding learning ability and approaching things in a systematic way.

Others:
1)Preferred age between 24 to 30.
2)Previous executive search experience is slightly preferred, not an advantage.

Selection Procedure
Interested candidates are expected to go through the following selection procedure:
1)Resume selection.
2)Acquired skills tests including: translation, writing, oral presentation, Internet search /editing etc.
3)Personality assessment.
4)Face to face interviews.
5)Group selection.
6)Reference Check.
