职位描述： Chief Design Engineer Experts for Wind Turbine Generators China Responsibilities Successful applicants will be responsible for developing design of some new types of 3.0 MW~6.0 MW Wind Turbine Generators at R&D center of our company . They will lead a team and guide others in the team to complete design tasks. Especially, they should fulfill some tasks as follows: (1) new types of WTG are fully designed, and related component suppliers are determined； (2) According to aerodynamic principles and three-dimensional shape design ideas, a blade with new aerofoil fit for GL II or even GL I wind region will be presented； (3) On the basis of Artificial Intelligent or other optimum control theories, a brand-new electric control system will be produced； (4) As concerned as low temperature operating condition, characteristic of all WTG components’ materials suitable for that temperature will be studied； (5) The research work about the Offshore WTG will be gone on； (6) The layout drawings and specifications about all components and systems will be supplied. Requirements (1) Good knowledge in Electrical Control System, GearBox, Double Feet Generator. Could be expertise in one of them. (2) A Master’s or Ph.D’s Degree in Mechanical or Electric engineering； (3) Working experience in wind turbine industry for more than 8-year； (Less than 8 with quite good experience is also under consideration ) (4) A strong background in designing a megawatt-power Wind Turbine Generator. Expertise in using Bladed software and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software would be considered an advantage； (5) Very good proven written and oral communication skills, active cooperative spirits (6) Project management capabilities.(not focus on commercial but techniques ) |
