Our locations are state-of-the-art, cutting edge and all over the world. job description Co/Facilitation of sales solutions Localization of content (business context changes such as cases in China, Japan, Korea) Link into Sales COE for content development and redesign Consult with Business L&D on sales competencies, assessment, roadmaps and solutions Manage liaison relationships and development programs necessary to make the Sales Force ready to sell or act in a pre-sale capacity. Assess capabilities needed to sell, and manage appropriate training and development solutions to enable the Sales Force to achieve its business objectives. Provide educational expertise to put in place programs enabling Sales Forces to meet sales expectations. Manage/provide educational consultation to the field, ensuring consistency with Wordforce Development strategies. Provide ongoing support of training and development programs and operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery. Using instructional methods for adult learning, delivers course curriculum and facilitates learning for call and web center agents. Directly supervises class attendees and coordinates transition from classroom to department. Provides performance feedback through informal communications, formal classroom progress reports, and deficiency management. Supports and communicates departmental and organizational quality standards, processes and procedures, and policies. Duties include designing and delivering training programs to meet current and future training needs for field sales force and sales management. Will assume the lead in designing and delivering training to meet those needs. Works with Human Resources, Marketing and other internal departments as well as consultants to present program materials for sales force training, POA Meetings and other initiatives. Conducts field visits to determine effectiveness of training programs. Qualifications your profile University degree in a business related discipline or equivalent work experience. Prior consulting experience required, preferably in a Learning & Development role Ability to create an inclusive environment recognizing cultural nuances to configure meaningful business outcomes and learning solutions Comfortable with a variety of meaningful data analysis techniques to perform forecasting, scheduling and consumption reporting activities Active network within and outside the organization to deliver business value, new ideas Excellent facilitation skills Demonstrated ability and prior experience working in a virtual business environment Working knowledge and use of business software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, etc). Ability and willingness to learn specific applications as required. Ongoing learning in adult education principles & techniques an asset |
