职位描述： Group :Human Resources Location :Shanghai and Beijing II. Responsibilities Focus on China (Shanghai and Beijing) experienced hires recruiting - Explore and generate quality candidates for AABS from all possible channels creatively -Manage the whole recruitment process through CV screening, interviews to making offers in a professional manner -Manage candidates pipeline and candidiates’ expectations -Assess candidates’ suitability for service lines other than AABS and make referrals whenever appropriate III. Requirements -University graduates -Hands-on experience in recruitment, preferably gained within accounting or professional services fields from Big 4 or MNCs -Goals driven personality with high energy and positive work attitude -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with different parties including candidates and senior management, and exceptional telephone communications skills -Strong spoken Mandarin and good English spoken and writing skills are essential -Flexibility to travel frequently and work unusual hours to fit local and overseas candidates' after hours availability |
