职位描述： Project introduction: Be part of the Advanced Technology Center in Beijing, China to help ship a new and exciting version of the Remote Desktop Connection Client for the Mac! The Macintosh Business Unit is looking for a talented Software Design Engineer in Test to join the newly formed Remote Desktop Connection Client Test Team. You will be part of a dynamic team in building the client from the ground up while addressing key customer scenarios and providing a unique Mac-like customer experience. Remote Desktop Connection Client for the Mac will serve an important role in conjunction with Mac Office in allowing Mac users connectivity to their Windows-based computer. The test engineer in this position should be able to proactively lead testing efforts for their features and drive quality upstream with their development and program management counterparts from both a user and code perspective. Responsibilities include writing and executing test plans and test cases, conducting test plan reviews, writing new scripts as well as maintaining existing automation, identifying and tracking bugs, validating bug fixes and working with the test team on team-based testing. Our ideal candidate would help increase testing efficiency by writing pertinent tools to aid in feature testing during the product cycle, apply white-box testing techniques, and lead best testing practices for the group. Qualifications: Candidates must possess a passion for quality, strong communication and organizational skills, and a good understanding of software testing and development issues.
