The Fund is multi-strategy, focusing on equity long/short with a macro and policy overlay. Ginger Capital Management Ltd is the Hong Kong-registered investment advisor for the Fund. Satellite offices in Shanghai and soon-to-be Beijing focus on fundamental, macro, and policy research. The core team has been together for 6 consecutive years including their time together at Goldman Sachs. Our philosophy is to use fundamental, macro and policy analysis to filter through the “noise” that inevitably buffers markets. Investment decisions are driven by specific internal analysis combined with objective third party research inputs. The underlying fabric of the investment and risk management process is one of strong purpose and focused discipline resulting in a consistent process which is the backbone of the business. Job Description:
The job is to be performed by a Junior Research Analyst who is responsible, under direction, for data collection, statistical studies, and research of assigned industry groups and individual companies and their securities.
