Our Trainee Program
For the purpose of providing a platform for know-how transferring, competence build-up and talent development to support total business growth in Sika. We select 12 top students from various fields of top universities each year as trainee.
Selected students will be sent to various Business Units and Departments for 6 to 24 months depending on training outline and individual performance. Upon successful completion of all the courses defined for trainee program, Sika has the priority to hire the trainee as its employee.
Sika shall bear the total relevant costs and provide trainee with professional training while trainee must approach training with a positive and responsible attitude.
