Job Description
• Develop proper in vitro test methodologies to support hair benefit study
• Run in-vitro or in-vivo test to screen for actives
• Analyze the data and report the outcomes in time
• Collaborate with formulation team effectively and work closely with project members and leader.
• Desire to learn and build good connections with local and international scientists 
 
Prefessional Skills
• Good at designing proper protocols for experiments
 
Working Exprience
Experience on screening test is preferred
 
Educational Backgroud
 Master or above 应用化学/高分子物理/高分子材料
Personality
 Open, positive, desire to learn
 
 
Job Title：Research specialist—Skin lightening
Job Description:
•         lead project skin lightening;
•         leads identification for skin care, anti skin aging and skin miniaturization;
•         provide science support to skin category technology centre, and regional technology centre
Education:
Master or above 应用化学/高分子物理/高分子材料
Professional Requirements:
           Profound natural products knowledge and basic molecular biology, pharmacology expertise
Working experience:
          Experience in Pharma/natural products research is strongly preferred.
